About Us
David Johnson, Camp Director & Coach

Although my passion for football began as a young boy when my father took me to my first High School football game, my first game as a player was much later.  I played two years in High School and then played four years as a defensive end at Mars Hill College.  I entered as a walk-on player and through hard work and determination was able to earn a four year football scholarship.  We were District and Conference champions and played in the NAIA national playoffs.  Since those days, I have been coaching at the Middle, High School and College level as well as the professional level with the Indoor National Football League and the All American Football League for over 25 years. I have coached in the NAIA bowl game the ALFA bowl and the MVP bowl game. I  have also worked for the past five years with aspiring young football players at various football camps from Ohio State to NFL players camps from around the country.  My goal as a Coach is to inspire athletes to use their God given talents to reach their goals and achieve their dreams in whatever path they take in life.

Phillip Crosby, Camp Director & Coach

Football has been an important part of my life.  In High School, I was Blue Chip All American, and I was selected to play in the East/West All-Star game and the North/South Shrine Bowl.  I received a full scholarship to the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where I was fullback with the Vols from 1997-2000.  I am proud to have played in two SEC Championship games, and hold a National Championship title.  After college, I had the honor of my life to play in the NFL.  I played a total of 4 years in the league.  I was fullback and special teams captain with the Buffalo Bills for three years.  I also spent a short time with the New England Patriots and San Diego Chargers.  I am blessed to have had these opportunities in my life and I give God all the glory for what he has done for me!
